Terms: Refund or Exchange within 12 days of delivery at the discretion of Sapphire Salon and Spa Furnishings.
Restocking fees will always apply to any refund or exchange. Restocking fees for refunds are 25%. Restocking fees for exchanges are 10%.
Item must be unopened, and in original packaging.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Customer must arrange own delivery or drop off for any refunds or exchanges.
Once any payment is made, the order has begun processing, as such any cancellation before the item is shipped will be subject to an 8% fee.
Clearance or open box items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Items can only be exchanged once.
Customers are to assume all financial responsibility for return shipping.
