Can I refund items?
Yes, you can refund your product within 12 days of purchase. All refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All items must be in original packaging, be unused, and in resellable condition.
Open box and clearance items are final sale, and cannot be returned.
Can I exchange my items?
Yes, you can exchange your product for any other Sapphire Salon and Spa Furnishings products within 12 days. All exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking and servicing fees. All items must be in original packaging, be unused, and in resellable condition.
Do you offer price drop protection?
If an item was purchased at a higher price than currently listed on salonfurniturewholesale.ca within 15 days after purchase, you may receive the new lower price, and the difference will be refunded to your original payment. Excludes clearance and open box items.
What should I do if I receive the incorrect or a damaged product?
We ensure that the products you receive will be the ones you ordered, and will not be damaged as we do a quality check on all products before they are delivered. If you notice that the box is damaged while it is being delivered, immediately notify the delivery person and have them make a note. However, if you do receive a damaged or wrong product, please call us within 48 hours of receiving your product. Please document the damages as photos may be required to process your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You may cancel or change your order as long as it has not begun the delivery process. Once payment is made any cancellation is subject to a 7% processing fee.
Does Sapphire have a showroom?
While we are primarily an online company, we do have a boutique showroom displaying many of our best selling products. This is located in Mississauga. You can see more information and hours here.
Am I able to pick up my order, instead of having it delivered?
Of course! We encourage all our local clients to visit our Mississauga boutique, where you are able to pick up your order. We even have a selection of ready to pick up items right at the boutique for same day shopping.
Do you sell used or refurbished salon furniture?
All of our products are brand new and boxed. We do occasionally offer open box or floor models at discounted prices. However, we do not offer used furniture.
Do you offer student discounts?
We are happy to now offer all cosmetology or beauty students an additional 5% off their order. This is valid on all items on the website. Just make a note in the cart. We may require proof.
