Refunds and Exchanges

Terms: Refund or Exchange within 12 days of delivery at the discretion of Sapphire Salon and Spa Furnishings. Restocking fees will always apply to any refund or exchange. Restocking fees for refunds are 25%. Restocking fees for exchanges are 10%. Item must be unopened, and in original packaging. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Customer must arrange own delivery or drop off for any refunds or exchanges. Once any payment is made, the order has begun processing, as such any cancellation before the item is shipped will be subject to an 8% fee. Clearance or open box items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Items can only be exchanged once. Customers are to assume all financial responsibility for return shipping. Additional terms apply as listed in the subsequent pages.

Yes, you can exchange your product for any other Sapphire Salon and Spa Furnishings products within 12 days. All exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking and servicing fees. All items must be in original packaging and must not be opened. Items must be in perfect condition.

If an item was purchased at a higher price than currently listed on within 15 days after purchase, you may receive the new lower price, and the difference will be refunded to your original payment. Excludes clearance and open box items.

Payment Information

Our Quotation Cart is a unique way to ensure you get the best prices available. Once you submit your quote, our representatives will take a look at the items you want, figure out shipping rates, and will call/email you back with a best final price on your order. This is a hassle free way to help you get the best price on the items you love, and also answer any questions you may have!

We ensure that the products you receive will be the ones you ordered, and will not be damaged as we do a quality check on all products before they are delivered. However, if you do receive a damaged or wrong product, please call us within 48 hours of receiving your product. Please document the damages as photos may be required to process your order.
